Just after trying this recipe and it was delicious!!! The sauce and the way the roast came out- a nice medium rare- Heaven!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend this to everyone, it was so easy to make and its a great way to liven up your roast dinner. 5/5

Tried this recipe today and have to say, it’s one of the worst recipes ever! Why?

a. Roast beef lacked flavor even though I used a good quality Dijon Mustard along with tons of salt, pepper, olive oil and left it overnight.

b. However, the sauce is the real criminal and adding vinegar at the end only makes it worst.

Bottom line, I spent over $30 to bring all of the ingredients together and the result was awful. So, save your money and try some other recipe because this one is a dud.

I find butter better then the margarine or vegitable spreads, i rather take some saturated fat then modifyed processed vegi oil any day, and besides saturated fat is not bad for you in amble amounts, eat you green vegies and fats along with healthy fats your good just watch the carbs and sugar :)
