Yeah the DS is sorta dead. Mine is sitting in my closet and I haven't touched it in over a year. I was actually put off a bit by having to use shoddy touch controls for games that would've been more fun with normal button controls.

I was thinking about this earlier. I gazed in shock at this video. Because: a) You could speak through the mic to make pikmin react, like if you say dismiss they would separate into groups, and Front, Back, Left Right to control what position they are in etc. b) The touch screen could be used for throwing pikmin etc. And c) the online servers could be used for races, who can get the most pikmin in 2 minuites etc. I thought it would be really cool if this actually happened. Awesome!
