  • If you are unable to load 192.168.1.1, probably your modem and pc is not on the same subnet. The default configuration of modem is IP: 192.168.1.1, subnet: 255.255.255.0

    In order for your PC to detect the modem, connect the ethernet cable, and manually set up the IPv4 settings to this: 192.168.1.x (where x should not be 1) and set the subnet to 255.255.255.0.

    Thats it, you should be able to now open 192.186.1.1
