the F-18 truly deserves thrust vectoring nozzles(HARV?? or others),if Microsoft can formulate so many variations of software algorithms or comp. languages + the multitudes of engineers US has,is it really that difficult to synthesize between a multi directional TVN orientation in correlation to the various ailerons,elevons,stabilators & rudders??US,come ON!!

@4shadow47 yeah... there was no sonic boom... sneek pass is performed at around 600mph or mach .80; what you saw was water vapor being condensed and displaced as the aircraft moved pass. doing mach 1 at low altitudes is very stressful for the aircraft and could cause structural damage to it. this is why mach .80 is as fast as they go in airshows.
