It's called low german, and old german dialect only really known by seniors in north germany, but this particular strain of the dialect also has small amounts of dutch and a tiny bit of english mixed in and is spoken by mennonites

lol there are hundereds of thousands of ppl who speak that dialect of german in my town alone there are 10 thousand.

Yes but i see you are in canada meaning that its probably a mennonite town (correct me if i'm wrong) and the mennonites version is close but not purely low german. They tend to integrate parts of whatever the local language is into it. In my town there are about 5000 of them. but even at a few hundred thousand, its a very insignificant number as far as languages go
