anyway, i personally like a fine Taylors ruby, or a 10 year tawny along with some Some "Mountain cheese" (sheep cheese from our Highlands) 1 year cured, smeared on a pieace of freshly baked break steaming and crispy! :D

If you can find a 1994 vintage then that is a good one to try as well.

Very nice. Can't think of a better wine to introduce those unfamiliar with (ruby) Port than Fonseca's Bin 27.
