Test drove a v6 today.......junk u cant put a sohv in a car that weighs 2 1/2 tons. Only good option is the v8. Go for the 8 if want a sports car

@macus1305 It doens't weigh 2 1/2 tons. That's 5,000 pounds, which is the kind of weight you can expect from some trims of the Ram 1500. Challengers range from 4000-4200lbs. That said, while a V6 Challenger isn't a slow car (try driving a four-cylinder Chevy S-10 sometime) it certainly won't live up to the standard set by the car's styling. Honestly, I wouldn't buy a Challenger if it wasn't an SRT8. Aside from the power, the chassis package is FAR better than an R/T.

@JETZcorp well u can upgrade the r/t with the super track pack and from what i hear its a good choice. didnt know if the track pack was at the same level as what the srt8 comes stock with, id take either a well equipped r/t classic or srt8 though. funny u should mention a 4cyl.s10. my cousin bought one to drive to work about 40miles or so 1 way and on the way home the coil went bad and 2 cyl.shut off. so he had 30 mil. left runnin on 2 cyl. had barely enough power for the hills lol.

@GMCman82 I'm not sure what all the super track pack does, but I read a review on the R/T Classic and the reviewer said that it was one of the worst cars he'd ever driven in terms of dynamics, while at the same time he said that the SRT8's were some of his favorite cars. He even went as far as saying that, while slower than a CTS-V, he preferred how they drive!

Regardless, I think the Challenger image demands a shitload of power. The Charger can get away with less power, so I'd take that R/T.

@JETZcorp super track pack gives it upgraded performance suspension and steering plus a 3.92 rear end like the srt8. the tester may just have been bias to a big engine. wish they would supercharge it. still my fav of the big 3

The 0-60 is wrong, in the video he says a knot to 60 is just 4.9 seconds, but in the description it says 0-60 is 5.5, that's R/T territory not SRT-8

Has a manual transmission for 2009, and the lesser/cheaper R/T model can be had with the same transmission (Tremec TR6060). With minor tuning and bolt ons the R/T's 5.7L Hemi V-8 can push the same horsepower figures as the 6.1L found in the SRT-8. Cheers!

ZR1 comparable to dbs/db9 and Z06 comparable to vantage and AM doesnt win any of those comparisions.

The aston martin was NOT made for the track, otherwise it wouldnt have such soft suspension and would not be as heavy as it is. mhm and another problem with the zr1 is wheelspin! its extremely hard to go in a straight line. ok where have you got this from? the vantage (380hp1830kg) CANNOT be compared WITH a z06 (505hp, 1421kg) so 400kgless w/125hp more

@FUCK202 Looking at the british as a whole, they really...don't seem to be fond of American cars at all, very bland, all about MPG, no flare. At least that's what I've gathered, I highly doubt I'd ever see a Vett, Challenger, Camaro, or Mustang, in England, and if I did, it would be less often than I see Lamborginis around here. To be honest, the DB9 around here, just means you have a decent amount of money, and want a brand name vehicle. More fun to build something up imo.
