To get this and still be able 2 get achievements follow these steps:

1) join a friends game online

2) go to your phone and enter cheat

3) store vehicle in your garage

4) get vehicle out your garage and let your friend get in

5) leave the game WITH OUT saving

6) rejoin your friends game and load the same save ad before

7) get into your vehicle and store in garage

8) save game

the rooftop is: (1) first open your map (2) then look around the map and find a house that says saints crib (its a house next the the house you get in the begining of the game)(3) After that put waypoint and go to it(4) then when you get there there will be another of the cicle light that takes you to the roof when in the circle , press the button that shows up and done.

and yes to do more missions do activities for more respect thats what i do. do alot before missions save up time

the problem with the ufo is that it is just a PIMPED OUT HEILCOPTER!!! it can't do anything special. it would be so cool to have a death ray or some other kind of ufo like weapon like a pluse emmeiter. hell if you could pick up things with a tractor beam or aubduct things that would be badass, but no it is just a pimped out helicoptor.
