You know i don't know why people would want a battlesations: atlantic. That would make no sense because Germany did not have a powerful navy in ww2 all they had was wolfpack subs. The developers use the pacific battles because the US and Japan were both the only 2 that fought battles with powerful navys. But i am not forgetting other countries contributions to the pacific battle. But it was more siginificant to the US, just like the Atlantic battle was for the British.

Land is a factor too in Pacific right? Not just sea and air? I believe one video included infantry ships, which I think actually delivered tanks as well. I would still get the game anyway, looks pretty promising.

theres no such thing. a view from the ship would be the brig which does not present a view of the battle

Better graphics, better sund Quality, you cannow snap a ship in half with enoughf firepower, you have cockpit view for the plane, the planes wings can rip off, etc....

I think if you played the first game it might be the same. As for controlling ground forces, sorry, I don't think you can control the soldiers but you can however might help them from your ship by providing them with bombardment support on the shoreline..... I think.......
