Prosecutors have prospered, fortunes have grown, and all from "not providing" the one thing they swore to...innocent have fallen...in jail for 17 years...3 children murdered and their parents still without justice! Thanks for posting this in it's entirety. I hope one day we will see the 3 free and find out the truth. I hope it happens before the 3's parents and family members start to pass away. This trial was a farce and it's a shame what the police did in order to calm down a township. Free the WM3

This case kind of reminds of the British case of the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, a little girl that disappeared from a villa while holidaying with her family. The foreign cops were so convinced that the parents did it that it wasn't until two years had gone by until they actually considered that someone else had done it. To the extent that a cop on the case was trying to get a book published with the basis that he believed the parents had done it, based on his "theories".

unreal case,the cops fool this one up big time,officer gitchell i no your are retired, but just think about what you have done,never interview terry hobbs,never took him in for question,now the DNA belongs to terry hobbs,you over look a killer,you made a horrible mistake,he was seen with stevie that day,terry had his pocket knife,he always had it on him,how did terry hobbs get it ,he took it the day he kill them boys ,there no justice here ,now it time to do the right thing free them boys

@yellowrose011 In an interview with retired Gitchell, he even stated that before the arrest were made, and the WM3 were considered prime suspects, he used to envision Damien at the foot of his bed and would often have nightmares about him.Modern witch trials is what this was.. I hope all 6 of these boys get justice. It's so sad that this could even happen...

I've just been reading up and watching informational videos about this case. The first thing I'll say is that it is pretty clear, the WM3 did NOT get a fair trial, and their complete innocence is obvious. The second thing I'd like to say is that I have noticed so many people are 'certain' to condemn: First Byers, because he acted weird, and now Hobbs, because of snippets of information given.

The reason the WM3 are in jail is because of people's snap judgments. Don't make that same mistake

@purity26 You know I didn't know if Byers, at first was involved, and even now Terry Hobbs, or Jacoby..certainly these boys in prison DID NOT commit this crime and I think that's why the sate is so reluctant to give them a new trial, because they know that they will be acquitted. Its really scary that this could even happen, I've seen things like that myself on a smaller scale, in which officers say a partial or complete lie and the judge favors them on just their words.This should not happen.

I suspect Terry. He's an abuser and a liar. He might be psycho. Was he the mud and blood restaurant patron? How is it a trucker would slip out of his routine, murder three boys, slip back into his rig and vaporize? Terry did it. Abusive stepfathers frequently kill the wife's kids. He had access and motive.

It all boils down too the evidence........and they dont lie I think they should be granted a new trail... so many things dont add up at all...seems too me if you think someone did a crime...you stop looking for other possible suspects.

i cannot beleive that 48 hours would be so irresponsible and polarizing this case i disagree that echols and the pedophile teens are innocent.. damien echols has a son his wife left him because his family knows that they invented an alibi for him. everyone is behind him except his own family because they know this entire wm3 scam is supported strongly by occult groups only. jhonny depp just wants to play damien echols in a movie. do not be fooled the wm3 are child killers.

@risefromthedeadprodu Good comment. I have followed this case and I believe Echols is guilty. He cuts a superb innocent man figure now but look at him at the time of the murders. He delighted in being the 'Boogieman' and loved the idea that children would be frightened of him for many generations! Guilty as charged and convicted I say.

one sided biased report. If the evidence does not point to the step father than it does not point away from these three. I think that they should stay in prison until more evidence is found that can show them not to be the killers. There is enought to convict them in most courts today, but why spend the money?
