@theones77 If you're still interested or if you haven't figured a way already, it can be played with MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator). The rom can be found on your average rom website that has a MAME section.

The light cycles were the most entertaining part of the arcade game, followed by the tanks!

I totally agree.
BTW. On the coin-op, you can skip levels by switching it to Service Mode after starting a game. The Player 2 button will skip to the next level. Switch back to Normal mode before game ends. The switch is located in the cabinet coin door frame).
