Depends what kinda game is more your style, if your looking for a realistic game go with mlb 09, if you like more fantasy like baseball game go with the bigs. I find the bigs funner because i find 9 inning baseball games boring especially playing a long season.

The bat isn't a good zombie killing weapon. Assuming that zombies only die from massive head injury, you'd have to swing pretty hard to crack the skull, and swinging in close quarters isn't going to work. It could only work on single zombies outside.

Now, for something good, go for something spikey and long, like a sharpened stick. That way you can pierce bone while staying out of reach.

Or get some firearms. Single shot mostly.

That all depends on what kind of zombie you are talking about.

Personally I like the ones that comes in outrageous masses, but are sluggish and can take as much damage as any regular human can.

A zombie is a reanimated body, probably under control by a parasite of bacteria. All commands to the limbs should have been commanded through the nerves, thus the brain. So the only way of killing a zombie is through the brain. Or seperating the head from the body.

The brain should be entirely destroyed, but is still protected by the skull. Any attack on the body is not lethal, but can hamper it. Take out the legs and it can't shamble on.

Take L4D for example, they have running zombies that can die from body shots, being on fire etc etc.

I like the zombies that, as I said, can take approximately as much damage as the average person can. You seem to like the movie kind of zombie, the ones that only can be killed by destroying the head ^^

They got infected by a kind of...new product that was in meat, or something.

The 'scientific reasoning' (For there are bugs that crawl around in brains and can move the limbs of its host) is that something has taken over the brain, and that by destroying it you destroy its control over the host.

And somehow the discussion on a baseball game evolved into 'zombie killing methods'
