This was my first game and boy was this a good one. Any wonder why I became a Devils fan? The place erupted after they announced Schwab's ejection. There was a good amount of blood on the ice as well. FYI Soderstrom, egging on the fans after you take a beat down doesn't work.

i don't know if io ever seen a worse goalie in my life time then soderstrom. i wish he was back, he left so much net open all the time and chilled in the back of his crease, easy target

nah tommy wasn't that bad. reason he retired early was because of heart problems. saw him play with the flyers some years back, and he looked pretty sharp in net. haha i think any goalie would have looked like shit playing for the isles back in 96.

No problem! Now that I figured how to get videos on my computer, seeing your video inspired me to find the highlights I had. That fight was one of my favorite moments from my first season as a Devils/Hockey fan. I didn't have cable or satellite so my only way to see the team on TV was highlights, and luckily I grabbed this. I put up another video with highlights from SportsChannel and NewSport which I got off a tape from my cousin. Thanks for commenting!
