  • loveit...very scale

  • Dang dude very nice! i wish i had that but i got no money. but what ive had my eye on is a T-rex 600 airwolf. those are cool.

  • @helipilot27

very very nice work. I am drooling. I am building the same century 30 size 222 right now and it is the reason why I watched your vid. I wanted to know where to put the flashers and position lights. what are the rivets..needle heads or did you buy them if so where ? where did you get the wipers? Again , amazing and spectacular work.

  • looks awsome

  • the music makes it seem like helicopter porn...

  • dude nice copter it is like awsome. people vote up if you think so...

  • Its bluewolf :P

  • It's beautiful! =)

  • thats just orgasmic to look at! , awsome choice of music also.

  • Very nice job on the 222. She looks fantastic. You did some very nice work on this ship. I really loved the USS Enterprise. I fly for RC Aerodyne and just finished the AStar 350 600 electric. Take a look and tell me what you think of her.

  • great looking helicopter! Love the rivet detail and the lights look great! I've always wanted something like this. I love the idea of RC aircraft and I need to try it sometime...

  • that's beautiful

  • woooooooooooooooooooow beautiful helicopter. very nice

  • Every single screws and scaled details, it's just awesome!

  • That's awesome! I love how you did a version for Realflight- I'm totally going to add that- had no idea you could do that- thanks!

  • That is so awesome. I've been looking at scale bodies for my BlueRay 450PE, but after seeing this anything I get will be disappointing :(

  • cooool

  • cool man

  • Nice.

  • Beautiful job! Looking forward to converting a Trex 600E to a Century Bell 222 in the near future.

  • Your video description is as full of detail as your RC 222!

I'm happy to see one that isn't in Airwolf livery.

I had a chance to fly in a Bell 230 once but it was fixed skids not retracting gear. Your atention to detail is excellent.

  • amazing!

  • hey great video

  • Very cool video!!

  • VERY CUTE !

  • Wow ... you spent some serious shop time on that! I can smell the cynoacralate!

Tho old OS oughta kick 'er up real nice....

  • Nice !! Thumbs up =)

  • Oh cool! I remember hearing this cool synth tune as a kid but never knew who it was.

Great model, man! If we could see the baby fly on a field...

  • @wandererlain Thanks.... Look at my other videos, I have 2 of her flying at dusk so the lights show up.

  • Beautiful job. Love the detailing. It's a credit to you.

  • whats the name or artist of the music here?

  • @kyledm101 Crocket's theme

  • 5*****

  • If a video dictionary existed, this would be next to NERD.

  • Nerd? LOL, I guess I've been called worse. :)

  • i read the description. u built that thing by yourself. ur a beast. 5*****

  • Love this!!! great, gave it 5*****

  • fantastic very good job!

  • This is an awesome machine, flybarless would be even more awesome

  • Wow!!! nice model, wow!

  • Supurb.

  • First off, I want to thank you for sharing this with me.. I get like 200 vids a day man shared with me and I can't watch all of them.. I wish I could.. this one caught my eye...

SO amazing.. The detail involved here.. I read some of your side bar on this but not all of it... Do you fly her yet?

For Christmas a friend bought me a little Helo for around $100. I fly it in my house lol and my back yard ,,, but I wreck it a lot.. I could not imagin wrecking that machine of yours.. 5*****

    JJ

  • whats the name of the song? nice vid

  • hehe, sweet, i would love to add that to my collection. very nice detail work

  • Don Johnson's ready for a pick in Fort Lauderdale!

  • Looks real from some angles.

  • Did you built that? FUcking amazing!!!! I subbed!!!! sub back??

  • I am doing final year project, any idea which engine you used it and how did u make its body i mean which material.

  • Nothing short of amazing. nice work dude.

  • It look fantastic! I'm not a fan of those, but always wanted to get my hands on doing one, 5/5

And even though it's not important, I would like to give an advice for filming. It would be better if you shot it in many angles but stable ones.

p.s. Is it possible to fix a camera in it, so you cound see where you're flying?

  • this is amazing... the detail is killer.. you seem to be quite good at doing this kind of stuff

  • wow! freaking awesome!!!

  • She's Beautiful. The Detail is mind blowing..5/5

  • zero words : because m speachless

  • two words: very beautiful!

  • you choosen a very good music for yor video, reminds me 80´s lol, jan hammer music. about your work, what can I say... it´s awsome!!! congrats!!!!

  • Thank you! I'm a 80's kid!

  • Two words. Air Wolf

  • Three words: Done to death :)

  • Three words: Okily dokily doo

  • LOL Flanders. Actually I'm a big fan of Airwolf(except the last season with Van Dyke). I thought about doing an Airwolf, but it had indeed been done so much and I really enjoyed designing my own paint scheme. Also the Airwolf scheme is very hard to see in the air, its hard to keep orientation on a black silhouette.

  • Love the detail you put into it. Fantastic job.

  • great job man....love it all the detail makes it better...plus love the music from Miami Vice lol

  • nices helicopter let me if you are going to sale it ok..good work..

  • I will be sure to edit the video when it goes up onm ebay, probably will wait until Spring 2010

  • its very beautiful

  • do you sell it??

  • Decided to keep it until Spring, better money after Christmas, and mst buyers will have tax refunds

  • what song is that? Great heli by the way..

  • I thought it was real till i saw it setting on your table

  • Hi Helipilot 27,

    Wonderful !!! Really...

Did you do it yourself ?

    Very wonderful !!

  • nice job dude!!

  • great sceam... 5 stars... where does 27 fall into in helipilot27

  • I used to race (amateur) and 27 was my number.

  • oo ok.

  • HOLY SHIT

  • Nice Aircraft, do not sell it, enjoy it, very well done...

  • how long did it take you to learn to fly? i bought a $84 fixed pitch and i crashed it. im wondering what type of heli i should start out with. Help?

  • I need to keep a better eye on this video. Sry for the delay. A good trainer is a 30 sized nitro. Stay away from those little electrics, they are just a waste of money, unless you get a t-rex or similar but those 400-450 electrics are not good trainers. A good trainer is a used Raptor V2. After you get comfortable in all aspects of flight, you can move up to something more current.

  • @helipilot27 Are they really? I've heard that the huge nitro heli's are terrible trainers, same with CCPM helis. thats interesting, thanks

  • Hey there, lovely looking heli! Sounds like you might be interested in selling. How much are you asking for her.

  • I'm back and forth on selling. I don't really want to sell her, but my space is limited and I need the room. If I were to sell it, I would probably put it on ebay and hope for around $1,000.00-$1,200.00...that would be ready to fly except my transmitter.

  • arent you scared to fly it? i mean i would considering the prise..

  • I'm a little nervous flying it, but it looks so good in the air. I usually save it and fly it just for crowds or at events.

  • i see..

  • Oh man....it's fantastic.

  • helipilot27, you did one hell of job finishing that heli, i have a .30 size robinson R22 beta im working on now, i will have the vid up soon, but i give you props on the bell222, superb job my friend.

  • can you make for me one too?please

  • You can buy this one ready to fly. I'm thinking of selling it.

  • HOW MUCH 4 IT

  • I will put it on ebay when I decide to sell it, want to fly it a few more times.

  • if you don't mind saying so what are the dimensions of the helicopter.

By the way great job the design work is phenomenal!

  • Thank you, on the dimensions, I'm not sure, but approx. 40" length, maybe 12" wide,

  • Doesnt that decrease flight time with the landing gear and everything considerably

  • Not at all, this is a nitro powered heli, so flight time is limited to the tank size. I have never flown it for long periods, maybe 10 minues at most, and still have about 1/2 tank left. The radio battery is 1800mah. so it should be good for 2 10-15 min. flights without risking anything.

  • that is probably one of the most realistic helicopter I have ever seen! never sell it!

  • Thanks for the props, although I am considering selling her as I dont fly it much anymore...the fun was in building.

  • the detail is flawless..very impresive..lmao nice begining comment

  • Thanks, you would be suprised how many people ask.

  • You could go to my account is fast and easy!!

  • not quite I am talking flema I think about what quil faut ecrire my father is english!

  • or you order your bell 222 because I want to make too!

  • I'm guessing you don't speak English and you are using a translator. I'm also guessing you want to know where to order one, Google Century funkey

  • or buy a tu? please !

  • what are you talking about? Whats a TU

  • amazing job.! Top notch. You should start a buisness and make alot of money. Wow, awe inspiring.

  • nice job 5 stars :D

  • Very awesome! Great Job on the Body and Paint!

  • That is so cool 5 stars

  • that is a stunning aircraft. I'm in awe of it. Nice work!

  • that heli has a nice looking ass, gogeous paint job I give that a 10

  • Beautiful!! congratulations.

  • VERRRRY NICE!

  • thats awesome! nice work on the paint etc

  • That is so beautifull it makes me smile.

    AWSOME JOB!

    Super paint job.

    The realism is unparalleled.

    TOP NOTCH!

  • it looks really sweet

  • truely awesome skills you have there my friend 5* to you

  • HI there! wonderfull job, I always like rc controlled since I was a child... I don´t find these kind of rc here in Brazil and I have a lot of scale cars with high details but no one rc. Could you give any sugestion or direction where buy or how to made art pieces like your Helicopter?

    Thanks !

  • I was in Miami in 85' when Don Johnson and friends arrived at Burt and Jack's in Fort Lauderdale Fl. For dinner in a bell such as this amazing model will soon aquire the6 CH Bell 222 CCPM 3D Aerobatic Radio Remote Control Electric RC Helicopter RTF from Banana hobbies.J!

  • WOW AMAZING!

    How much did this cost??

  • damn thats so cool i want 1

  • dude awsome!

  • this is the most impressive model helicopter i've ever seen. i've not done this rc since i was a little kid 40 years ago but this is awesome! makes me want to start all over again. The last plane I built when I was 14 years old and it was made out of a broom stick, plywood wings, and a big old russian motor my father found somewhere. but it flew well for six months when i used the engine for a boat instead.

  • ok i went to the web site in the discription and im having a little trouble on how to use it so can you help me out thanks alot

  • I'm assuming you mean the G-4 model for Realflight. It's been so long since I've downloaded a file I cant remember, but if you search the bulliten board pages its in there...PS I think you have to have G-4, 3.5 will not work.

  • dude make a another video of u flying the helicopter i want to see it in the air and btw great video the helicopter look almsot real

  • Thanks for the compliment, read the description :)

  • wow!

  • Muito lindo .. adorei!

  • ah thas cool :), btw I have another question for you. I have the blade 400 right. im not sure if your familiar with its setup. but, I want to install retracts on it. NightFlyer told me to use channel 5 or 6. But then I have all the channels being used up. on the stock rx. So then I was thinking of using a Y harness and linking it maybe to something. not sure how to do it? any ideas? thank you.

  • hm i see i see, well basically what im going to do is. Just install the fuse, with retracts. heli is all set, i've done everything to it :) flies awesome. im very good at hovering blade cp pro and blade 400, as the heli gets bigger the easier it gets for me. I already own 3 blade 400's :) one will be a bell 222 another will be a jet ranger long style and the 3rd IDK yet lol.

but yea see how u have those lights thas crazyyy i could never do that would take me hours n hours lol

  • The lights were actually pretty easy. Just go to ebay and search for led navigation lights. They are easy to install. You can also go to rc-lightsdotcom

  • it looks beautiful !

  • hey thas beatuiful man, what kind of tools did u you use put it togeher when assembling and do you need any glue. I just bought me one like it for my blade 400. :) happy flying

  • This kit is a bit different from the ones for 400 helis. A bit of work and time are needed.

  • Nice helo, what RC helicopters do you recomend for beginners. I would like to get into this hobby but have never flown one and I'm short on cash. Plus I've heard that everyone crashes their first or second one. I don't want to spend a lot ot money on one just to crash it.

  • I learned on a LMH if you can find one they are bullet proof for a heli. Stay away from the Blade helicopters, I have trouble holding the CP in a hover. After you have the basics down try a nice 30 size collective pitch like a Raptor.

  • Can it also fly....?

  • So, are you one of those that quickly post this kind of stuff when they see someone with a superior toy?

If you simply read his info (takes two seconds) you wouldve seen this:

...just finished it a few months ago. It's been flown several times and is very stable. The fuselage kit is Century/Funkey. It has retractable la......

  • wow, that is one nice scaled helicopter. Great job!

  • hey where did u get it its vry nice i want to get one too

  • That is just gorgeous!!!! i wish i had one!!! Love it. and i especially love the retracting wheels!

  • Great video.

    The music is perfact.

    cubworks

  • aw man; i could stay up all night just looking at it (if i had one).

  • make it look like airwolf!

  • Very nice 222. I was wondering how did you tint the windows?

  • btw going to my favorites directly

  • o crap that is one nice helicopter and u built it yourself cool

    what song?

  • nice copter, but why didn´t you show flying?

  • Thanks for the comment, but why don't you read the description?

  • good nice helicopter

  • a peace of heaven!! :P

  • Very, very nice. Is that landing light linked to the gear movement? I would have said they should be independant as the landing light should remain on <10,000ft in real life.

    Still, very very nice!

  • Thanks, I linked it to the gear because I didn't have a spare channel on the receiver for the lights, but I wanted to have control of least one light. If I had the channels I would have put the landing lights and the nav lights on seprate channels.

  • that was the best flying, EVER!!!

  • Why is everyone so upset that I actually took the time to show details rather than just show it flying? It takes a LOT of time to build one like this, but if you had actually took the time to read the description then you would not look like a complete dumbass when you try to be a smartass.

  • that is amazing

  • very beautiful details

  • very fine

  • OMG awsome heli, i rele hope for your part you dont crash it, coz that will be a real shame!

  • great work on the paint and details, looks like a movie trick helicopter. im trying to build me a vietnam theme helicopter, maybe i'll get up on here someday.

  • we want to see it fly not it up close

  • We want you to read the description before you run your mouth.

  • You are awesome!!!! Nice heli you built...

  • I want that fuselage for my HBKII seen it for 115.00 painted, no retractable gear, but I just want that cool factor! lol

  • Beautiful model, can't wait to get on my desktop and try it out on reaflight!

  • its very nice man well done

  • beutiful heli.

  • Its pretty....now lets fly it!

  • Its been airborne before I took the video...click on more from helipilot to see it fly.

  • let fly!!!!

  • were did u buy parts?? i want to buy a bell 222 already made really bad but i cant find ahhh
