  • SOOO , you want to avoid an agent representing you? Yet the speaker recommends going to a local realtor and asking them for comps , and referrals of attorneys? haha

    Why not just let the agent do these things for you? It does not cost the buyer any money, ther seller pays the commission. The agent you choose to represent you will make some money off the comission paid by the seller. Now if you are selling , you might try and sell without a broker to represent you. You take a chance if you do
