  • For a novel that says Dracula, there very little of him. That is not always bad because in the book, even though you don't see him, you do kind of feel his presence. It's just that he was the most interesting character in the book and the other characters were only average. Plus the ending was anti-climactic.

  • I wouldn't really say The Body was a horror novella. Though it was an amazing novella and movie.

  • @SecretWindoww Right, I wouldn't say The Body was really "horror" now that I think about it again. I always saw it as one, but I never knew why.

  • Richard Laymon should have been on here..

  • @barbi6976x I have much respect for Mr. Laymon, but at the time I didn't really read anything of his.

  • @MrGamingsean It's okay.I got into him about 4 or 5 maybe years ago and I bought every single book of his I could find, and was SO upset when I found out he had passed away.I recently ordered some of his more rare UK novels on Amazon.

  • I'm reading Eyes Of The Dragon at the moment but should I finish it or go straight to misery?

  • @windownoobyou I'd say finish Eyes Of The Dragon first. Unlike Misery, it's sort of a different taste within King's collection.

  • @MrGamingsean By the time you responded I've read Eyes of the Dragon, Misery, Stark and I've started reading The Dark Tower series :)

  • Is Misery a good book? Is it really scary? I like scary books and movies, so, i was just wondering, it looks pretty spin chilling if you ask me. Thank you for uploading! :)

  • @Biebersgurl127 Actually, yes. Out of all the books on this list, it would be my most recommended.

  • @MrGamingsean Oh Ok! Thank you so much! :)

  • um, why cant you seem to talk?

  • @waffle3210studio I kinda tried the best I could. I was still really shy in front of the camera when I recorded this. I slightly am still, but if I ever remade this it would be a whole lot better. Plus, I didn't have a script at all.

  • I love King and Poe so much, but Frankenstein would've beaten Misery to the top in my list. It's not very 'scary' but it's just a great piece of literature, and it's a shame none of the films really do it justice.

  • @Calliclesiastes Ah yes, Frankenstein is an absolute classic. Honestly, the only reason I didn't put it up here was because I hadn't read it fully since the 5th grade. But, I'd definitely say it would be high up on my list as well.

  • Misery rules!

  • nice vid you have my sub!!
