I grew up on this song. My early adult life was spent listening to this song whilst practising slow martial arts manoeuvres.
A very special song encompassing a plethora of meaning with every magical strum of his fingers.

I love how people are always trying to think up new ways of saying how awesome this man truly is...thing it, words for awesomeness ran out 10 years ago when he really started to shine in the public's eyes.

Thank you for all of the Basement Tapes featuring Tommy. Absolutely priceless. I have seen him many times playing accoustic and still desire to see him play electric but guess I will not have the chance now. Your postings (almost) make up for that.

Took me a little while to get into this song, but I guess that's like most really good music.
Now its just haunting. It reminds of stuff like Brothers in Arms or Shine On You Crazy Diamond. Cracking stuff - a side of TE I hadn't heard before.
