thanks to all my hours i spend on youtube, i am so much more intelligent than my friends :D one friend recently wanted to impress me, that there are NINE (!!!!!) satellites orbiting the earth and they are all watching us. i thought i let him believe it and didn't tell him about the other 10'000 satellites floating around. he would have gone nuts i guess.

It's good how they pronounce uranus as '' urenus'' so nobody can think of that stupid joke. Quite strange that it's vertical. I mean, there is no down up or north and south in the universe. But i thought they were all horizontal ( in our solar system of course)

I've always pronounced it "You're-on-us," after the Phoenician sound for A, "ah" as in "father", that informed both Greek and Hebrew. As far as I can tell (though maybe I'm wrong, who knows), English is very rare as a language that makes the A sound "ay".

Not yet, but one of Jupiter's moons, Europa, has the best chance of sustaining life. Look it up sometime.
