@ModelBWx Placing them doesn't hurt at all. Tightening doesn't hurt (for me) only the metall rings with hooks were 3 days annoying. But in the end you don't feel a thing. I read alot comments how things hurt, but I haven't experienced that. Just relax and all be fine xD

@ModelBWx White rubber bands do get yellow/gold pretty fast. Even more when you eat spicy food or curry. So at some point it makes your teeth look yellow. Today I have installed red rubber bands. First I wanted orange or green, but I'm playing safe xD.

I have the Damon System not traditional braces. They use wires instead of metal. And the brackets are smaller. And I don't have to get mine tightened every month.

All you people who are getting braces, dont worry about it! I've had mine for about 3 months now and the dentist wont put you to sleep or anything like that and you may be able to choose colours! They only hurt for about a day or two and after that they will be fine! ;)
