I was raised in modest dress and still in it. We need to be encouraged in health. I hope that when we fellowship, we can choose healthy foods and exercise. So that we can look good in our modest clothing and feel good about ourselves. I have to check myself and make sure that I am taking care of the temple where God is supposed to dwell. It was nice to hear the pastor compliment the women and not degrade them. Be encouraged!
