wow.. i here my Cousin talk about this all the time lol.. he is in Dallas, Just wanted to see what it looks like.. might have to give it a try :-) thanks for sharing
Sorry to be obviously repeating someone elses question, but I really need to know, does cook for 6 to 8 minutes on both sides mean you are cooking them for 12 to 16 minutes total? That does sound like a long time, but I gotta ask, I am gonna try this recipe soon, and I don't wanna mess it up. Thanks.
Try cooking the frog legs with out the panko breading and just doing it with some traditional beer batter but add some lawrys season salt some crushed red pepper and sea salt. the panko adds a little too much breading and takes away from the natural flavor and juiciness of the legs.
@grandlarceny it tells you in the recipe, ( Cook for 6 to 8 minutes on both sides until they are golden brown. Place them on a paper towel and let the excess oil drain off. Serve hot.)
@grandlarceny curious, why do people using broadband go right to smartass mode responses like, " might be useful don't you think????", when, as it says, It's in the recipe, you ignorant motherfucker. He is doing us, you, a favor to spend the time showing us how, you ignorant smartass motherfucker
Ken, thanks a lot for this video. This is an old favorite of mine, coming from Vermont with lots of land, swamp land and...bull frogs. My mother always did the cooking, but I'm going to try it for the first time with your method. Ciao.

I don't wanna eat frog legs. They're.. frogs. When i see people eating frogs, i remember that slimy, gooey skin they have. Eww. Just sayin'.
grandchaseaddct 3 months ago
@grandchaseaddct They taste like really tender chicken, and the slimy skin is removed before packaging them.
