there's a limitation put to one's use of muscles in the brains. this however is for good reason. it's to safeguard for simply tearing them apart. it's possible to strain the muscles and bones to such extreme they simply break. therefore weight lifters for example build up lots of muscle to manage such feats with smaller risk. also by doing so they are practising the movements to perform the moves in safer manner. brains instruct the muscles, but muscles also gives feedback to the brains!

i personally see no difference between these things. physics explains as much as it can, and God explains the rest. And most of the time, they both agree. I have noticed that we usually call Gods work a "coincidence." it was a coincidence that the earth ended up the way it did and can now support life after it formed. God IS and exists in everything. im sorry guy's let's just back track a minute; strength is chemical, muscle is built via being destroyed then repaired with new filaments over days (that's how our muscles increase in mass) the brain has little do do with strength when we get scared (fight/flight) it's not our willpower that draw on strength it's our hardwired reactions that signal the body to release adrenaline to our muscles which activates the energy source ATP making more muscle fibers work equaling more 'strength' no God
