  • @wildfunker

    umm, yes i am?

  • I liked your tutorial very much, however, another guy did something similar...and posted a link with the synth settings too!

Perhaps I'll leave you with that idea, if you decide to take it on in the future. Here's the link of his video.

PS: I seem to be having trouble posting the link, try searching:

Deadmau5 Sounds Made with Sylenth1 (With Download Link!!)

  • CAN YOU JUST POST A PICTURE OF THE SETTINGS?!

  • Which Preset was used in this Video? (in the Database)

  • @PRPrinzregent go to the first vid and he has a download link

  • @QiantaMusic nice tutorial, i found out what was wrong

  • I tried downloading the link you have on your other video.. a success on the drums but the preset is a .fxb file and i can't locate it in my FL.. Any pointers? Would love to have this preset.

  • Please help me !! My Sylenth1 is not the same as yours when I boot I do not get the same melody as yours ? :s please give me the download link of your Sylenth1 please Thnx .

  • I'm just going to justify my downloading the preset by saying that I'm going to be able to learn more by tweaking the parameters of a good synth like this one than by recreating it in the first place :D

  • how can i do the initial present

  • cool dude Great synth work

  • where can i get sylenth? :)

  • awesome job, i love it :D

  • Qianta thx for my requezt

  • Cool video by the way :)

  • Qianta, I've been using Ableton for about a month now, and let me tell you that I just can't make music. I plain suck at it. There is not one strand of creative DNA in my body. Idk how you do it. I seem to dissapoint myself a lot, but seeing this makes me want to...makes me want to quit really. I can't seem to top my own expectations. :/ I still love your music.

  • @EvilFaceIsland No matter how hard it seems, just keep at it. It took about a year for me before I came up with anything worthy. Even now I struggle to make good chord progressions but once every 2-3 weeks my brain clicks and I come out with a catchy tune. 9/10 of the melodies I make dissapoint me, but when I come up with something good, its usually very good and makes me smile.

  • @DJandytee It is just so hard to persist that I don't know if I should. As much as I want to it is just really hard for me to keep a positive mentality towards a dream to make music. I mean I would like it to become a semi-painless hobby that could possibly pay for college, but I just don't know!

  • @EvilFaceIsland Seek inspiration, that's my recommendation.

  • @OfficialRAD I don't want to copy anybody though.

  • @EvilFaceIsland Thought I'd intervene here. I started using DAW's almost a year ago, you just need to lose the 'I have to make something amazing instantly' feeling you get. Famous producers didn't get their sounds so tight overnight, they spend years developing skills. My best advice is learn everything inside-out if you're serious about it. From programming synths, to panning, to effects like compressors etc. If you put enough dedication in the pay out is amazing. :)

  • Bittersweet :D

  • @EvilFaceIsland

    haah... my old song :P
