  • I really enjoyed this video. The presentation was very effective and instructional. I too prefer the hand can openers as they can be tossed into a dishwasher and sanitized very easily. I make a very similar sauce, but prefer to do it in a slow cooker. Please keep up the good work. This is exactly what You Tube was originally intended for!

  • i heard tht using a metal spoon on the pan (like 'scraping' it) will result in the food sticking to it when cooking...

  • you should use wooden spoon to brown your meat.

  • Why? She's using cast iron...

  • she looks like she's been around a while...im sure she knows how to brown ground beef

  • Picking up a hot skillet without a pot holder? Dang....tough skin the lady has :-)

  • she's like david letterman's mom =P im going to try this thanks!

  • she didn't use a pot holder to pick up the iron pan, she's tough

  • Hahha... I know!! :-)

  • im going to go make some right now! :))

  • she's the best and she totally reminds me of my mom-mom

  • This is easy! Anyway, theres an easier way to peel the shallots.. just flatten it and the skin is out. much faster.

    mmmm so addicting.

  • SPAGHETTI!!!!

    That's my fave food!!

    O_O

  • me too :D

  • indeed.. i love the sauce combines with the spaghetti

  • ohh... I'm feeling hungry! hehe :D very nice video

  • Yes, you can make this same sauce minus the meat and add a few veggies - it should be good!

  • spaghetti with bacon and egg, spaghetti with squash and shrimps, with cheese of 4 different kind, with tomato and bacon, with just bacon and cheese, fantasy is the limit. when u become skilled in cook pasta and to prepare a sauce, u can add all the ingredient you have in mind.the very power of the pasta in general is the versatility and the virtually infinite number of recipe u can prepare and create(because of the fantasy sauce u can invent!)

  • Can i make a veggi sauce?

  • thank ya kindly daarling, we louuve ya

  • true !!!

  • granny knows best! :D

  • eh oh ,, forgetaboutit

  • great recipe

    great video

    thanks

  • I add marjoram and mix my beef with pork and veal! I love your recipe seet pea!

I love olive oil and I also love adding basil, parsley egg, seasoned salt, pepper, and a touch of oregano, I think oregano is more for pizza! If you wish, you can add a touch of thyme or rosemary! Cook your sauce in a crockpot for 8 hours on low heat!

  • Whoa this spaghetti rocks! Thanks lady tastes like granny's spaghtti! Memories...

  • Excellent and well-made 'how-to-do-it' video. Congratulations on your film making skills, and thank you for passing on your recipe. :-)

  • you can lick my skillet any day of the month or week, depending.
