why is it that we Liberians always try our best to back the wrong things? you know this Music is not a Liberian music but yet, when people say it's not Liberian you are quick to call them "haters". come on now people, let's sit down and reason for a moment...this music was not song in any of the 16 dialects spoken in Liberia nor the Liberian pidgin English, it doesn't have a Liberian beat...so why is it called "Liberian music"? is it because the singers claim to be Liberians?

Due to our civil war, we have liberians living somany places far away from home. And they have forgotten their traditional languages. So if an individual post a music in another language and called it liberian song we should first show some appreciation. @MrPrince2024 I understand what you're trying to get at Bro, But I still stand where I stand on this issue. the fact that Liberians traveled due to the war should not be an accuse to completely neglect their own and totally copy another man's own and call it Liberian. It's about time we Liberians promote our own (Liberia's own not copied). If u r both Liberian and ivorian and u want 2 rep both countries in ur music, u could use Liberian beat and sing in french or the other way around. Liberia is English speakin while ivory coast is french speakin. 2. The dialects both countries share r nt exactly alike. 3. There is a huge connection between Ivory Coast and Liberia not only the fact that Liberia had a 15 plus years war that made most Liberians to adept to the Ivorians way of doing things. We also have History that connect both countries, because of that you find family members in both countries. I love the song, keep representing us...
