and the race atendonds are told to stay the hell away form the track. it should be comon sence that they may get hurt. standing on the race track. a person who gets ingered during the race because of that. only has them selfs to blame. because he steped onto the road he's at falt for his ingery. not the driver of the vheicle, who probably fet bad for the guy. im sure that the driver of the vheicle did something for the man

Yeah, people usually crowd the roads in rallys, but everyone clears off to the sides when a car comes. This guy blatently stood there. The drovers should only have to worry about the road and the pace notes, not stupid people who dtand in the road. He should've known better than to do that.
