Yes, and pretty damned smooth, probably all max at 1200x800

I can max it out at 1024x640 with about 40fps with my 7950gtx SLI.

But dont turn on the directx10 bullcrap. Theres proof that theres no difference between dx9 and dx10 in this game.

Also when you turn it on, it also enables 4xAA, if you want AA just force it on with the nVidia control panel.

there is actually a difference from dx9 to dx10. more anisotropy samples are in dx10 (16 in dx10 and 4 in dx9) , the lighting is more dynamic and accurate the smoke is a bit more realistic. but i got 3 9800 GTX+'s and playing this game at 1920 by 1200 DX10 and AA, its an improvement...

a ver, tienes q buscar algun software especifico para ocear tu placa, personalmente recomiendo 3: ATItools, RivaTuner, nTune (en orden); bajate el primero, q trae una opcion q encuentra automaticamentelas caracteristicas maximas q puede ofrecer tu sistema, y practimante te ocea el sistema :D

bueno, como decia, en el atitools le das en "find max core" y el sistema se va a empezar a configurar solo, hasta q el software se detenga solo... o bn, hasta q se caiga tu sistema (no t preocupes, es muy frecuente) entonces tienes q estar muy pendiente de la temperatura q te muestre el programa.. xq como bien sabemos, el calor es el fiel enemigo de los componentes electronicos (uyy eso me hace recordar, para poder ocear bn tu tarjeta, debes tener un buen sistema de enfriamiento)

mira el enlace q te copie, conoce mejor la placa q tienes, y las capacidades q tenga, y segun los valores de OC q se muestran ahi, podras determinar los valores d tu placa..

bueno, luego q hayas oceado la placa con atitools, podras utilizar el nTune para configurar tus ventiladores, y asi mantener estable tu placa. Con el rivatuner puedes cuadrar los relojes d los shader, pero eso si no soy capaz d explicartelo :P

still not possible. i have an 8800 GT SC 720/1000/1750 a core 2 quad q6600 3.2 GHZ OC and 4 GB of corsiar xms2 800 mhz ram OCED to 1066 on a 680I sli board and i can get high frames easily but if you turn on shadows it kind of bounces a bit. and if you ever do AA make sure you have 2 cards...

your using hybrid graphics ? if you dont have an geforce 81-8300 onboardgraphics, turning on the onboardgraphics wont help if anything it would make it worse cuz it uses your ram for video mem

No it doesnt. It uses the ram from the onboard as ram for the main card. I use hybrid. but i get way better fps on all my games with it on and it also allows me to run dual monitors.

yeah G00D it will but for everyone that asks will this work? they need to get better parts especially for this to reduce stuttering even better and higher fps. i got an 8800 GT SC , pentium D 925 3.0 GHZ and 4 gigs of ddr2 pc-6400 800 mhz ram all sitting on an nforce 680i sli board. i get an average of 35-40 fps but since im getting a q6600 quad core next week, that'll boost my performance about 10 to 15 fps. and since the UE utilizes everything in your pc its worth it...

It depends on weither or not you want to game on your PC or 360. I prefer the PC since its more reliable and you seem to get better frames and that and you can change the settings to low, medium, high or very high where it will possibly look better thent he 360 graphics.

Holy crap. I own an nVidia GeForce PNY 8500 GT and I never expected my computer to be able to run games like that that smoothly. I seen vids on Lost Planet on PC too and while I own this and LP on 360, I could only say that while this card may be a budget one and not as powerful as the 8800, it's still a monster of a card. Cant wait until DiRT comes to GameTap so I could check out how much more it could handle.

When you record it, the video will run at what, 25 fps anyways? Depending on the program you're using for screen capture, so he could be getting 2 fps ingame and you couldn't tell by the recording, this proves nothing other than the fact that the game can run on the card.
