if thats so they may aswell collect rain water, or dip buckets into the sea or somthing, or atleast boil the water in the fountain. you can see from the nurses comment "...thats how the black tar is getting into the fountain" that they know it isn't right plus in a previous video i saw a man made lake in a park without any poison in it, I think it was the one with the conduit hiding as a civilian, but then again you could be right, thats what they do in africa after all.

same here, i think prototype does look better. it also looks like its a lot easier to travel around the city in prototype because he can run really fast, run up the buildings not just climb them, and he can glide a lot better then in infamous where you hover sorta.
