@FixMeThin7 it depends where you're from. most people from british columbia don't say "about" like that. I'm Canadian myself, and whenever I'm in Seattle no one can pick up on any accent. not even my american relatives. it's more of an eastern canadian thing. canada is huge, it's dumb to generalize everyone. obviously there are different accents around canada just like there are in the states, only to a less degree.
Much if not most weight lost dieting is muscle. All of the weight regained is fat, so a person is proportionately much fatter after dieting because 95% of dieters regain weight. Muscle has a high metabolism rate, so the more muscular a person the easier it is to keep the fat off.
LOL no it's not, you lose at the most, depending on how fat you are, 2 pounds of muscle and the rest is fat. Read about ketosis. The reason people gain back all the weight is because they continue to eat the food they eat before the cleanse. Duh.

I'm kind of discouraged by your videos, really... I'm on a juice fast now for the purpose of fat loss... But your face doesn't look any different from your day 3 vlog, to me (day 1 the lighting was inadequate for comparison), and you're having NO calories.
I've tried water fasting, but I literally can't move the morning after day 1 of a water fast.
you should try the master cleanse. it detoxes your body and helps you lose weight. you can fast up to 40 days. you can do more research on this. but thank you for posting up your waterfast. it was very interesting.
ur videos was good for me and my gf cos we are doing the water fast as will its only our 2 day but its going good so far and we are a bit disapointed that u will quit tomorrow but thats how life goes and we wishe ur mother a better health and a fast recovery

thats not correct, because the body knows to preserve protein and the fat is the expandable energy reserve. It burns protein also but less than fat.
