I was using Media Monkey because my Quicktime wouldn't upgrade then and it said my iPod was not registered, so I registered it and then put the song up I wanted(only 1 GD song!) and clicked convert, and it took all my songs and put on my moms, and brothers that where on iTunes! I couldn't stop it! Then I got mad after it was done and ripped out the USB port! Arg.. pain in the ass! But it's Green!
ipod does suck, that's why i got a sansa e200 something from SanDisk. battery last forever (compared to the ipod), you do NOT need any software to but music on it (itunes virus), has an analog click wheel that is slightly higher then the buttons so i can control it inside my pocket, radio, playlists, sort music by artist, genres, etc. videos, pictures, built in mic. and is the size of a nano (not those new video ones), and I bought it for under $100 dollers so apple can kiss my sansa's ass
Ipods suck, Zune is better! I had 3 IPods which all crapped out on me. I even had a cheap MP3 player that I bought for 30 dollars, that one was better. It had more memory than any of my IPODs, the battery lasted longer too.
..And I like the freedom of owning my Creative Zen, I can take it to my friends house and throw his songs on it, and it doesn't effect my library, also, I can drag songs off it too! big bonus to any iPod users, but it comes standerd with most "good" MP3 players, also my Zen Vision M doesn't need any software apart from Windows Media Player 10 or higher, and it also has FM Radio, Vocie Recorder plays video etc and is almost as cheap as a Nano, and its 30GB. They also break D-X

I think that I would hate to see what would happen to the comment page without those limits. But when they say that comments are limited to 500 characters, I'm tempted to say "but I'm not writing in Chinese!"
cuz i know with the zune program u can copy all of your music from the zune to the computer without having it erased. That's handy if you want to make another partition or put music on my other computers.

Well, with 30gb I was able to take a lot of files off my computer and put them on my ipod to free up some memory. Also you CAN take music from your ipod and put it on your computer too. You just have to move the musics actual file from your pod and put it on the computer. It helps me a lot. It was worth the money for me. But seriously you have to get use to using it to discover all its different aspects. Try everything. That's what I did.

Hey. I always notice that they notice me. And if they really want me to talk to them, then I just walk over there and start introducing myself and that's it. ahh there's a way to get music off an ipod
simple really
if you're a windows user put ipod in but DON'T OPEN ITUNES instead go to the my computer and open ipod disk
once there go you need to type in the directory "/ipod settings" and you should find some more folders one ov which contains music
DON'T MESS WITH THE OTHER FOLDERS THOUGH IT CAN/WILL SCREW UP YOUR IPOD
