  • I love The Last Crusade probably because of the great actor - Sean Connery.

  • John Williams is the man :]

  • 0 dislikes. Everyone chose wisely.

  • 1st: Nazis

2nd:Thuggees (Indian version of Nazis(Not Nazis(An evil cult)))

    3rd: More Nazies

    4th: Soviets (Opposite of Nazis)

  • I liked Kingdom of the crystal skulls. I'm not sure shy so many people didn't like it. Maybe it was because it took on a subject many feel is un biblical like Aliens or interdimensional beings. If one actualy reads the bible you'll find it's not unbiblical at all but maybe people had other reasons.

  • @heartfire451 I like aliens better than the Bible. I hope the next Indy movie has aliens!

  • @heartfire451 I believe why it was unpopular compared to the other three, with it now being more unpopular than the Temple of Doom is because it blended two things: Aliens and Theology; Spielberg has made and produced enough alien based movies that he should have kept that concept out of the Indianna Jones series and let it stand on its on theologically based adventures. A flying saucer? What is Indy 4 but a high tech remake of Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind ...

  • and one more thing... it didnt have the "Naught-zees' after the Jones boys..

  • @TheNVSK

Personally I think it's just because people didn't want to see Indy and Marion old. It's kind of depressing.

  • @heartfire451

People didn't like it because it was poorly cast, terribly scripted, campy, and needlessly over the top in too many ways to count. It was a shade of the originals, just as the "Star Wars" prequels were...and coincidentally, the same man is responsible for ruining all of the above (George Lucas).

  • @mco119 "poorly cast"? Please explain?

  • @heartfire451 : People didn't like it because of all the retarded scenes, like Shia Labeouf swinging on vines alongside the monkeys to catch up with the jeeps. Then, they actually catch up to the jeeps, and the monkeys help fight the Russians. That is one example of many that destroyed the movie. I love Indiana Jones, and the fourth movie was like a knife to the heart. Harrison Ford did the best he could...wasn't his fault that George Lucas is a moron.

  • IT FEELS LIKE SUMMER TIME WITH THIS THEME!

  • 0:44 the best part of the complete soundtrack...it´s so amazing

my hairs are like that IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

  • This is my favourite movie theme of all time. Thank you for posting it.

  • Professor Henry Jones: "Junior, give me your other hand! I can't hold on!"

Indiana Jones: (reaching for the Grail) "I can get it. I can almost reach it, Dad..."

    Professor Henry Jones: "Indiana."

(Surprised, Indy looks up at his father)

Professor Henry Jones: "Indiana... let it go."

  • @WaqarDepp Best part of the movie! No doubt!

  • @Strudel288

    Absolutely!

  • @WaqarDepp HENRI LOOKED MORE NAIVE, BUT HE WAS MORE CAREFUL THAN INDY!

  • @veganisextremelygood

    Yes, I agree.

  • Indiana jones ftw!

  • follow me I know the way! The Pen Is Mightier Than The Sword! RIP Denholm Elliott the Best!

  • I HATE Nazis!

  • Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Williams.

  • Indiana Jones Forever

  • For as much as I love Star Wars,I have to say that this is John Williams' best piece.

  • @JagdPanther101 Have you heard The Final Duel in Episode VI?

  • So. BEAUTIFUL.

  • I'm straight but I'd kiss Indiana Jones with my tounge

  • fuck yes :)

  • That what I watch credits too! And so I can see who played who!

  • great movie best john williams song

  • i'm pretty sure the grail theme plays early as well, like when indi is first looking for the crusade in the church, and when he is at the fork in the road with his father on the motorcycle. i think it may be at one other time also

  • you my friend, are a great human being, THIS ROCKS

  • 6:28 - 9:12 best classical part in movie history !!!

    it's so f*ck*ng intensive o_O

  • God Dammit. They don't make great music like this no more, and it is a real shame.

  • Jehovah in Latin is spelt with an I !!!

  • Strudel288, I have a question: Where else in the soundtrack does that grail theme play? Its at around 0:44 on this video.

  • @Jammed9000 I think it's only in this song.I didn't have the official Last Crusade Soundtrack, just the new recordings.

  • It occurs briefly half way through (1:46) the song 'Ah Rats!'

  • @Jammed9000

    Just in this track.

  • @Jammed9000 In the film, it plays when Indy and "Girl" are looking for the Holy Grail under the Library / church. I'm not sure which track that is on the soundtrack album, but it definitely plays there. It sounds best here.

  • I told you dad....."DON'T" call me Junior.

  • Notice how this song has no dislikes.

  • Illuminating.

  • Only the penatant man will pass. Only the penitent man will pass…penitent man… penitent man. ...

  • 6:26 - 9:12

this is the best composition ever made in movie history !!!

  • Fuck Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

  • @UnknownThomasFan30 Fuck. Kingdom. Of. The. Crystal. Skull.

  • @Arcexey Yup, this is where the series shoulda ended. Actually, If you saw the Secret Interview, Steven Spielberg said he didn't want to do this movie. He felt he ended the series here. IT was George Lucas' fault the 4th movie got made. So, give credit to Steven. =P

  • @UnknownThomasFan30 Really? That's news to me. I love Indiana Jones. The world is a worse place without it. I think Temple of Doom is classic and an incredible movie, even if Ark is better. I have seen about 8% of Crystal skull. I saw something where black powder gets magnetized and swirls around and I shut that shit off. I've been informed on the rest and determined this is not Indiana Jones. I'll look into what you say; it isn't surprising. Spielberg's move was surprising as where

  • @UnknownThomasFan30 Lucas's was not. The Star Wars prequels were terrible in every respect, and I could ramble on about them for hours. Thanks for bringing this up. I'll check it out. In closing, Fuck the Crystal Skull. It does not ruin Indiana Jones, but it does stain it.

  • @UnknownThomasFan30 three Indiana Jones movies are cool, the serise should have ended there.

  • @Hperman09 Hilarious. As if someone forces you to go to the cinema and watch the movies. XD

  • @UnknownThomasFan30 WE DO NOT HAVE MOVIES LIKE IN THE OLD DAYS ANYMORE! GARLICBREAD! NOSTALGIA!

  • @Sleeky20x Harsh, I was just making a statement how this song proves that a 4th movie was entirely unnecessary.

  • @UnknownThomasFan30 ooohh the song, oh my bad i apoligize

  • "You have chosen.....Wisely."

  • This movie was the best of the series.

Partly because the soundtrack is so awesome.

    I'm favoriting this! :D

  • "Follow me indy, i know the way!"

    ...

"So he got lost in his own museum"

    LMFAOOO

  • this film series, along with Star Wars and the James Bond series is what has driven me to want to be a film maker... as a child, I was in such awe of those films, and particularly this film - even at the age of 6, I could feel the emotional impact between father and son in this film... so amazing

if one day, I could ever come close to duplicating that same feeling to a young person watching my films - then i guess the circle would then be complete.

  • This is such a great film!!! This almost made me cry, the new Indianna Jones isn't the same

  • 2 selfless martyrs... Jesus Christ!

  • @travelsonic *SLAP!* That's for blaspheming.

  • This is an obsession, Dad, one I never understood.... never.... neither did Mom.

  • @travelsonic *slap* thats for blasphemy!

  • Hard to believe Sean Connery is 80

  • @cs16cz

    Oh my god....

  • @Szuperpocok This for your blasphemy

  • this movie somehow sums up my childhood. it's quite moving actually. awesome.

  • Excellent music :)

  • awsome, but I find the first one to be better

  • This is my favourite soundtrack track from any film ever. The Last Crusade is definetly in my top 3 favourite films of all time, quite possibly number 1.

  • My favorite movie of all time, thanks for the posting, incredible job!

  • thats awsome dude! Indiana Jones is the coolest, even cooler than falkner the cat!
