  • You look like Lars Ulrich

  • When they go down in price and start selling them with a slightly lighter profile 1/7 barrel I'll consider buying one. Thanks for the video.

  • Lol you found a way to turn the rifle to a FDE finish cheap.

  • put that gun under the river 3 hours and shoot...that how I did to my SKS and AK-47 in vietnam

  • Throw daown the water 15 min and pick up shoot like AK-47

    Can you do it

not just now, the Russian Ak-47 throw down water 1950 in Korea once and pick up shoot no problems....Vietnam war also!

  • @CharlieDoan ACR CAN DO THAT TO THE AK47 IS NO LONGER THE MOST RELIABLE

  • that was a gen1 pmag

  • the acr is more reliable than the ak and when the bolt failed to lock back was cuz that was tth

  • When copying the ak to make a better ar they should have used the ak mag system.

  • have fun cleaning it

  • fap fap fap

  • lets do a torture test, and then blame every malfunction on something else!!!

  • @igotjuice007 and on the best mag on the market.i can get mud on every square inch of my ar and not the bolt and itll still operate.reliability isnt the look of the gun. the ak is more reliable

  • And the acr has three customizations cqb, midrange and long range that can be done on the field that beats an Ar any day

  • Lol the acr can change to. A .223, 5.56, 7.62 and 308 lol and I live in Canada that's sad dude

  • @TheSwoosh139 Actually, the ACR can't be changed to fire .308, that would require a change to the lower receiver, but Magpul does have at least prototypes of a .308 rifle that looks like the ACR.

  • That was far from a torture test but nice try. The only gun I would say I truly trust my life to is my Norinco 56S and the Mak90 I had before. The ACR is not a proven rifle

  • Awesome - made me laugh, thanks!!!!

  • you just threw it in the mud, it would have been better to put mud in the receiver directly.

  • Ha. You bought the window mag

  • Thats not mud its cow shit

  • i hate the words "gun" and "mag"

  • i hate the word "gun"

  • I thought the bushmaster acr had the bolt lock on the charging handle to act as a forward assist if needed. Don't really see why you would need it as this is magpul. But anyways yours looked like the magpul masada 1st gen with the integrated folding stock and the charging handle was not in the front. Love a reply

  • That guys laugh. Lol

  • The guy with the AK should throw his in the mud.

  • I can't believe the thing weigh 8lbs, way too heavy for only 16" lighter weight barrel.

  • im really upset because as soon as mw3 comes out all the cod nerds are gonna search acr 6.8 on youtube and so everytime i search acr in the 6.8 spc cod shits gonna show up. thumbs up if you agree!

  • My penis shrank up inside of me at 1:43

  • that was awesome, ACR and HK416 could endure torture like that. I was hoping to get M4, but still deciding which one from the three I would get soon.

    Any suggestion, guys?

  • Nice vid although if I got a two thousand + rifle I would never abuse it like that haha but thanks

  • you would have to mess charger also good video greetings

  • thanks for the test, im not a fan of the ACR but it was fun to watch

  • Yes! It blends!

  • "I think the pond is dead dude" LMAO

  • That's quite impressive! A nice rifle.

  • Kick ass! Whats it retail? I'm on the market for my first rifle

  • @iRockGlock about 2 grand. for that amount of cash, I would just get an HK 416.

  • In luv

  • DAMMMMMMM now thats the shit

  • cameraman should not be seen or heard but awesome vid! You are more ballsy than me since if i scratch mine i would cry haha! :)

  • Why would you get it in Black!!!!???

  • @ilovetippy667 because if your in an urban enviroment it blends more and if your not throw it in mud and your camod up lol

  • @ilovetippy667 I was also wondering that for like $100 more you can get the tan one

  • Man, I've been set on this gun back when it was the Magpul Masada, and this video just sealed the deal, the gun looks great and knowing I'd be able to cover it in mod. Well... as soon as I get the money, I am getting that rifle haha.

  • the problem with the ACR is the cost is over $2000. I bought an ak for about $570

  • Great video to test the gun, im glad u did it bc i wouldnt do it to mine. I can tell ur hardcore with ur sandles ur wearing out in the sticks???

  • Not really impressed.... For one id be more worried about sand/dust that works its way into the receiver over TIME. Deploy a couple times to Iraq or Afghan and you'll know what i mean. Second I'd be worried about the CH snapping off after being dropped onto a hard surface. Third the total longevity of the parts and the rifle. Say about 30,000 rounds or so..... So this test doesnt really prove anything to me...... But i do like your enthusiasm.

  • @RIA1911a1 i put it in a dirty pond. If he did that with an ar15 it could explode in your hands

  • @4everUSNavy Your ass is showing. If your barrel is full of water than yes it can. If you give it a quarter second to drain it will be fine.

  • @RIA1911a1 No not just the barrel but its gas chamber to. point still stands. the M4 fucking sucks compared to the new gas pistol guns coming out

  • @4everUSNavy Gas chamber? There is a chamber and there is a gas tube. I don't know what the heck a gas chamber is in an AR15. How does the M4 "fucking suck" compared to the new piston guns? The Military agrees the advantages of the "piston guns" aren't worth the added cost.

  • what version is that one because I can't find that type

  • ha HAha HA ha ( weezy).. thats HARDCORE.. NOT

  • @callmenate100 do you have a better idea?

  • You sir, are going to hell for what you just did... But I like it.

  • love that one.. i'll propably never in my life have the chance to even hold it in my hands, but i still love it.. <3

  • the most reliable gun ever huh??, how'd that recall work out for ya?? non chrome lined barrel?? good luck.., need to adhere to the recall and swap the barrel out for reliability to go back to high>>>

  • @MultiSr16 TBH, only poor quality steel requires chrome lining.

  • @adobo777 in bolt guns non lined is fine., but you run the non lined n let me run lined n we'll both shoot 1000 rnds., see who wins., look at the M16 problems versus the M16A1 which has served for 30 yrs., barrels need to be chrome lined in assault rifles, n you act like bushmaster doesnt need to chrome line cause theyre using some high end barrel, well wrong.., these are just the cheapest possible m4 barrels available., like i said., you need to swap barrels to get reliabilty back to HI

  • @MultiSr16 Sure, chrome line last longer under sustained auto fire, but tbh for civilians with semi-auto it's really not needed. I have a Rock River Arms with chrome molly that has over 4000 rounds in it with barrel integrity still pretty good. A contour of .750 typically will not need chrome lined, unless you plan on doing sustained full-auto. As far as "reliability" a rifle, even with a jacked up barrel, will still continue to fire, though not as accurate as it could.

  • @adobo777 im not talking about accuracy nor care really, the reason to chrome line is to stop the failure to extract problem that hindered original m16 design, the Army requested that all M16/M4 design rifles be chrome lined to prevent this problem, failure to extract.

  • @MultiSr16 That's utterly false and baseless.

The problem with the early m16 was it was advertised as "self cleaning", which wasn't the case, and was shortly remedied with a good set of cleaning tool and education. "FTE" problems are timing and tolerance issues and totally unrelated to weather your barrel is lined or not.

  • @adobo777 you need to do some more research pal., fail to extract and double feed failures with the spent casing gettin stuck in the chamber., often remedied with the mortar technique on ar style rifles was addressed by the Army by chrome lining the bore., look it up high speed.,

  • @MultiSr16 I'm not gonna look for something that's not there.

  • Is you ACR still reliable?

  • camera guy sounds like the camera guy from cloverfeild

  • Would you recommend the Basic Version? How easy is it to put a grip on it.

  • Good video, but the guy doing the shooting doesn't seem to be that familiar with the platform. He didn't even know how to clear a malfunction with the cheap c mag. I think if he trained a little more with the weapon he may have made a better video. He was also very slow at reloading. No tactical knowledge whatsover (so why do you need an ACR in the first place?)

  • Do not do that with an m16/M4 !!!!!!!!

  • @Mrarmageddon8 Why not? its been done before....

  • how do you clean it just put water on it ?

  • You could tell by his smile it was tough to throw that expensive gun in the mud

  • is it ok

  • hk 416 is much better

  • It's pretty rad that you did that to your own rifle just for the interminable dross of us you tubers. I mean I'm pretty sure That Magpul, Remington And Bushmaster did that to an obscene amount while creating it for the U.S. MILITARY, but hey, you got it on video. Thumbs up for thrashin on your shit. My Rifle's will have to wait till the end of days for that kind of abuse.

  • That is difficult to watch. At least you took the optics off before tossing it in the mud.

  • pretty cool, maybe the acr is undersold...

  • holy crap your ACR went from black to FDE!!! :O

  • guess you never had a saiga ak

  • @sleeppicture They are awesome.

  • how did u get a full auto acr?

  • @WhatWeveBecomeRadio Dude...they cant build that gun. every machine gun that is available to civilians was build at or before 1986, so the population of machine guns will never increase unless they change the law. the ACR can only be a machine gun if it accepts a DIAS (drop in auto sear) made for the m-16 previous to that year, since it carries the serial number it's considered the machine gun. so adding it into a semi auto rifle isnt a deal breaker. the ACR wont accept that part though

  • @80spodcastchannel ya sorry bout the comment i was trying to comment on another vid but i hope that national ban on full auto gun smithing will be lifted soon i want some cheap ass machine guns lol

  • That's pretty crazy would love to see more... please... haha

  • Where do you go shooting? I'm in Goodyear around the 10 and Estrella. Most of my old shooting spots are being developed into houses... People don't exactly appreciate me and my buddies taking our guns out through their backyards...

  • This totally shits on the SCAR

  • why didnt you get folding sights? i hate that people take off their iron sights. what if the scope fails.

  • @PurpMastar He has Magpul folding sights but beacause this is a realiability and torture test he is not using them. You can see the front sight in the second half of the video

  • DEAR FRIEND, WHEN YOUR FINGER GETS TIRED JUST BUMP FIRE THE BITCH... great video...5 stars.

  • Hey does the acr come with the parts to change 5.56 to 6.8 or is it sold seperate also does it come with multiple barrells. Trying to rap my head around this weapon thanks in advance. PS the guy laughing in the backround cracks me up.

  • i have this gun and i have to say that im very pleased with it. my uncle has the scar L and the only thing i dont like about it is that the bolt moves when you fire it ( or whatever that thing is that you use to pull the bolt assembly back ) and that its like 5 different colors but thats just my personal opinion.

  • You haven't been around very long of course it's your most reliable gun.

  • do a torture test with sand and lets see how good it does.

  • FIrst off acr rules secondly im sorry you had to put it in the mud BUT thats really not going to cause any problem of any kind considering non of the mud is really getting nto the breach fire it whil in the mud after all soldiers would more likely be in that situation

  • the new ar15.

  • Thanks for doing this!

  • Classic 1:39 lol cant wait to buy one. Great vid bro.

  • try sand!!!!

  • @RattleDogUSA - What rounds are you firing? .223 or 5.56? What manufacturer of ammo. I've been using Federal .223 and have had no problems, but this has been an issue for a few people who own ACR's.

  • i have a bushmaster ar-15 is it worth owning both?

  • @imrunewillie The ACR was built to be like the M4/M16. The feel of the M4/M16 weapons was what the ACR was to be built on. Originally, the ACR was an M4/M16 but fully ambidextrous. From the start it was to be a more reliable and more user friendly weapon. When they got deeper and deeper into development only the barrel and trigger assembly remained. Now the ACR is a totally better weapon. In other words, get the ACR. The ACR >>>> the AR.

  • @thedarklord2006 actually, if you watch future weapons video on this gun, they change the barrel too, they just don't mention it

  • @Unit74612 They swap it out it, yes.

  • not a lot of people willing to pay that much for a gun and go through a torture test like the one you just did. you are officially crazy but you have my thanks for your service and the vid.

  • dude ur frekin rich.. u got an acog to!

  • I know that but I would rather change its barrel and other configurations to fire the 6.5mm

  • lol it looks like ur hand is pooping on the gun

  • BOOM, AK FANBOYS!!! How good's your precious AK now?!!

  • @LWRCftw she's still firing covered in guts

  • Yeah, I am a AK fanboy, and what I am supposed t beo ultimately impressed? Yeah it's a nice weapon the ACR, but my WASR 10 is just as reliable and it was 1900 dollars less expensive. Plus it took them 64 years to create a weapon that could compete with the AK? I will own one of these in about 8 years when they are 900 dollars and more refined. But for right now you can keep your $2500 plastigun I will stick with my AR and AK.

  • @LWRCftw You say that as if this rifle is an AR15 which it is not and does not even operate like. I'll wait til they make a laser rifle and then I'll come back and say "ZAP, ACR FANBOYS!!! hows your precious ACR now?" and It will make just about as much sense. Considering the AK is half the price, is decades older and still better than most other weapons for its intended roll I would say the AK is still a contender. noone will care if the round that hits them is a perfect center mass shot.

  • @Master7770 or not. ^

  • @Master7770 Ok so its not an AR15 who cares, because our armed services are going to use this gun and ditch the m4 and m16 so dosent matter wtf an ar15 can do as long as my solider is using this gun ill sleep safe at home

  • @LWRCftw While I have a Vz. 58 Military and not an AK, still reliable. I don't deny that modern polymer rifles are as reliable as AK's are known for, but I personally prefer the looks of the AK over the ACR. I'd like to have one but 3 grand is a little out of my range.

  • @BloodFetishist666 ACRs are expensive, but much cheaper now though, you can get a basic for 1,500 and enhanced for $1800-2200

  • @etucker5007 Oh yeah? That's cool. I've seen one for $2,000. But honestly I'm planning on getting an Alexander Arms .50 Beowolf for my next rifle.

  • @BloodFetishist666 A .50 Beowolf hu? That's cool, those things are friggin cannons

  • @etucker5007 Yep. Damn good price too, their most expensive model is $1450. The ammo is what kills you. Target/game pointed tip loads are around 40 bucks a box of 20.

  • @BloodFetishist666 ouch!, at least with the big ammo you don't have to shoot as much to have fun.

  • @etucker5007 Yeah but sighting it in is gonna be a bitch lol. They're cheapest ammo is 25 bucks per box of twenty, but they're hollow points, which aren't the best for sighting in a rifle.

  • @BloodFetishist666 It might be worth while to reload, I think I'll do that if I ever get into a big caliber.

  • @etucker5007 I've actually never loaded ammunition, because I always buy cheap stuff lol. Wouldn't it be something to have my first home-loaded ammo be .50 caliber?

  • @etucker5007 tell me where i can get a basic model at for 1500???

  • @MultiSr16 Midwest Hunters Outlet and a few other stores online. But the easiest way to get one cheaper is to find one at a gun show and offer them $1500 they will take it since they get them wholesale for like $1300.

  • @etucker5007 damn if they dont., cool, MHO has them in stock too., i didnt realize the price had come down so much., last time i looked they were 2 grand n 3 grand., looks like now might be the time to go ahead n scoop one up myself., thx for the info.., take her easy man

  • @MultiSr16 Yup, no problemo!

  • @LWRCftw It's still good,just not as accurate.

  • @LWRCftw The irony is that an AK conversion kit is in the works.

  • @ablahblah54 your FACE is in the works...

  • @LWRCftw ...I'm sorry but that was a horrid your face comeback haha

  • @nightember lol that was the point, dude

  • @LWRCftw haha I figured that

  • @LWRCftw Haha I know XD

  • armydude162 but it only has a 20 round magazine, not 30 well for the 7.62x51mm NATO ammunition.

The best version of the ACR so far right now is Remington's version. Remington ACR is the best of the best even though it may have some flaws.

Any gun has flaws in them. No human invention can be perfect but it can be useful.

Bushmaster's version is the civilian/law enforcement variant. It's alright but Remington's military variant is way better. Plus it's 1 pound lighter.

  • @LilATL94 why is it a pound lighter?

  • how long did it take u to clean it after word great vid

  • I don't like the SCAR personally. I mean it's nice but I hate the 5.56x45mm. Plus the Mk.17 SCAR-H has a 20 round magazine and it's not a 30 round mag.

Still a big fan of the Bushmaster ACR but primarily I like the original version made by MAGPUL. MAGPUL MASADA version "I think" is a little better in my opinion.

  • @LilATL94 ya but the scar H has a 7.62

  • @LilATL94 the acr shoots a 5.56 too bro

  • you proved nothing to me.. I would have liked to see you put another mag into it after the "Beta-mag failure......."

  • Great Video!!!

  • Can you dump it in blood and guts? I'm looking for a reliable gun that I can use when the zombie apocalypse happens

  • @chocolate632 i think you need a therapist

  • @RoCro535 We'll see who need a therapist when your overrun by zombies **shifty eyes**

  • i have same issue with bolt fails to open sometimes

  • @jar3351273 yeah me too. i hear the first and 2nd gen pmags can have issues with that. but i guess its been fixed now. i have 1 mag that does it so far. ive taken a few of my mag and put them in the rifle (unloaded of course) an pulled down on them to get the bolt to fail to lock open and didnt have any issues. so its not really a huge deal. if u have more issues id try changing the mag spring

  • at 1:58 Hey I see you got the FDE colour! o wait lol

  • i just think id stick with an ar 15...price isnt right on the acr

  • @ibanezkid07 i see them just under 2 grand at Sportsmen Warehouse

  • You foll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Magpul Masada!

The best hybrid between the Belgium FN SCAR L and the German HK G36C.

  • @RevitalizedVessel look the fn scar is basicali a modernized "fnc" rifle with a g36 like receiver so it's a hybrid too... and the g36... it's just a modern ar-18...

  • Try that with an M4!!

    XD

  • @RevitalizedVessel the receiver would probably just explode on the first shot lol

  • Bushmaster just issued a safety notice for all ACR rifles. see my video or bushmaster for details

  • I heard they don't run well with standard GI mags.

  • @semiautoriflelover with standard GI mags they will run better than an AR-15 but they do work much better with Pmags

  • @YouDiddntSeeAnything I heard they run so well the ACRs are going full auto. They just had a major recall.

  • LIVE ROUND AT YOUR FEET RUN!!!!!!!!!! I'd hate to see what he says if a grenade game in.

  • when r u going to do another torture test.

  • rattledog -I almost bought one of these while i was home on r and r. I had one in my hands. I bought an aug clone instead. I'm still interested in it though. At this point would you feel comfortable going into combat with it? also I can't wait for your next vids, thanks

  • @kansastwista i know what u mean. for me its just to new. its like goin on a 1st date an bein nervious. but its like an ak and a ar had a baby an bam u get the acr. lookin at the design u could cake mud in the upper reciever and it would still function. but its built solid

  • I'm impressed.

  • you have to have a hefty amount of money to do a test like this...

  • ACR is cool !!! very very cool !!!!!!!

  • Impressed me!! U gotta have some nuts to throw a 2 k gun in the mud intentionally well done

  • what round were u shooting 5.56 or 7.62?

  • i like how you say hey this is my bushmaster acr, then you chuck it in the mud

  • this is nuts

  • the scar is even more reliable. you should put them head to head

  • @lonewolf9961 This is in the works for sure. Now, if only I can find somebody in the Phoenix area willing to throw a $3000 SCAR to hell with my ACR....
