The Hybrids suck. Just because the TMC's are old doesn't mean they suck. If Green Lines (one of the worst bus maintainers) kept a 1979 RTS running for 27 years then MTA can probably keep these longer

I don't understand why the TA is discarding these.
They're declaring all buses that have 400,000 miles on them to be junk or useless, seemingly despite how they look or run. It stinks.
