I was under the impression that 32 CFR 501.4 (by Boosh & Co circa 2006) was the first primary attack that undermined posse comitatus?
For dummies like me ;-) Can you summarize the point you are making in a sentence or two? How does the info you're providing differ from the John Warner Defense Auth Act and military com act of 2006?
The good news... The Kathleen Sebilius is about as Republican as you can get from a democrat! She was a Gov of Kansas. Re-elected as Gov in a state that had counties that were 98% McCain, <2% Obama. Only 2 blue counties in this state. She has a social liberal agenda (translation, more freedom in the lives of Americans and more choices for citizens) but she has a very consevative core.
I do not belive she would mandate innoculations. Highly suggest it, maybe. Rest easy if she's making that call.
Vaccine makers and federal officials will be immune from lawsuits that result from any new swine flu vaccine, under a document signed by Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, according to the Associated Press.
She has given Baxter, Novartis legal immunity in advance for any injury and death caused by H1N1 vaccine this autumn.
US school kids will get vaccinated first.

91177info: I do not wish to sound argumentative. I refuse my children to be innoculated REGARDLESS. I am already thinking about the consequesnces, but I must do what I feel is in the interest of my children and not the pharmaceutical companies. And my other reasons are personal, as well. I don't like or trust the officials in this country. Never did. Plain and simple. They are all shitheads.
I have the direct link for the map to every state, so you can each find your Public Health rules....
I'd say you need to send an email or make a phone call to everyone you know...right now... and at least tell them to take a look at "their" state and the rules. they can do further homework if they are at least the little bit suspecious that something ugly is about to happen.

The logic behind this whole event reveals the motivation. With this flu being relatively mild, why would it be declared a level 6 pandemic already by the WHO?(If it were really that bad, why not QUARANTINE NOW, SO THAT PEOPLE DON"T HAVE TO BE QUARANTINED LATER OR HAVE TO BE IMMUNIZED?) So what they are basically saying is, yeah, this is really bad, but we are going to let it get a lot worse so we can immunize the whole country. We've got 600 million doses in the works!
