There's no such thing as a Borg warner T88.

There is, however, an 88-75 which I think is a 62mm turbo good for about 650whp.

I love the idiot who posted on here saying run 26psi on pump gas. If you want to blow your motor then go for it. Otherwise never run more than 18psi on a 1j unless you're running race gas. Also, a lot of people who have posted on this video have terrible grammar and spelling, it's disgusting. Planet earth is being cluttered with door knobs like you people

You can easy run more than 18psi on a 1JZ and no need to be on race fuel, just map the engine accordingly to your fuel source.

I dont agree with the use of race fuel in a street car, we just ensure that if running high boost use premium unleaded (99 RON)

Very nice. In the process of building an FC with a 1JZ ourselves. Just found your video and it is motivating. We have4 cars that this and the 2JZ motors are going in. Z32, S30, SC400 and the FC. dude he is running a T88 which is a HUGE ASS MUTHA FUCKIN TURBO which would need like 650cc instead of the 370cc he is running and on top of that he JUST FUCKING SAID HE IS WAITING ON THE FUEL CUT CONTROLLER TO BOOST IT PAST 14.5 psi. if you knew anything about 1jz youd know they have an irritating SPEED and FUEL cut since the stock turbos cant handle more than 15psi and japanese laws kept the ecu at 112mph.

you dont get it do you? a t88 running a 14 psi would give way different pressure readings than the stock turbos

At 26 psi you will need some major work. You just do not crank up the boost to 26 psi on stock injectors.... you my friend is.... Fail.

sounds like it the stock 370cc injectors are actually enough for like 350-370 to the wheels since the displacement on the motor is so small. big turbo but at only 9psi i doubt its anywhere NEAR its effeciency range so its prolly putting down like 300 or so to the wheels if not less.
