How unusual in that the Turboliner has a Nathan P-01235 horn, which were customized by Nathan for Amtrak's E60 electric locomotives. Pretty unique and cool sound.
Bitter days for Northeastern railroads. That first train is criminally too short. Great shot of a Turbo; I regret missing them when I was growing up in that area.
@mbta1000 New Haven used them a good bit on many locomotives, Conrail used them for a while on there executive E-8's, which I have posted a while back. Other than that! I don't think to many rairoads used them. Thanks for watching...
Just too cool… No need to apologize about film quality or shakiness. Just glad these videos still exist.

@Amtrak1194 Not quite - PC went bankrupt in 1970 and was folded into Conrail in 1976. This (awesome) video is from 1978.

@1jackdk Seaboard Air Line used them until they got into too many accidents at grade crossings so they changed them out for P-5's.

Amazing Jack, I think the quality and audio is perfect, because with stuff like such, take what one can get. The K5LA and P5 were outstanding.
