  • What a great way to eat Quinoa...and I love that you're using Coconut Oil!!

  • @TheSquishyMonster The quinoa really soaked up the coconut oil. Thank you!

  • This dish look fantastic. I'm one ingredient short of making this for lunch. No asparagus in the fridge. :( I might make it anyway with a few peas instead. I'll miss those crunchy tender asparagus spears. Awesome recipe.

  • @EZGlutenFree Peas sound great and maybe add a little butter. Thank you!

  • Looks delicious and very healthy! Love the colors! I love quinoa as well! Two thumbs matey!

  • @MrEZCooking Different colors, means different nutritional value they say. Thank you!

  • @KasCooks Had some pan fried quinoa with onions and black and green olives last night for dinner! Good stuff! I think I will make recipe next week. I did not feel like running out to the store at 9pm last night for grape tomatoes!

  • @MrEZCooking The black and green olives with onions and quinoa sounds awesome!

  • @KasCooks I was hungry and looking for something fast and I have this stuff laying around and if I don't use it, it will go bad! I used just a tad too much olive oil but I think everything will be back to normal by end of work day!

  • @MrEZCooking Have noticed how easy it is to make quinoa mushy or soggy compared to rice. I also try to use the most perishable ingredients first, or before they go bad. Wasting is a sin.

  • @KasCooks I agree! As foodies we don't like waste!

  • I love the green and white tips - this looks delicious! :)

  • @AsianCookingmadeEasy Snacking on some right now. Thank you!
