you didn't enter the command line correctly. Once you do that you'll have the option of choosing the *.ipcc file

just got off the phone with AT&T and the guy told me that you will have to update to FM 3.1 to get MMS so I guess Im watching this video again so I can get it now without FM 3.1

You won't have mms if att has not removed the "opt out mms" on your iplan. Works in dallas texas for our family text plan after performing this update. However friend who has family plan but individual text plan didn't get this to work located in the same city. It shows the camera icon and loads picture in the message but message will fail displaying a red exlamation mark next to picture. Hope this clears some of the issues up.
