blum247 I dont' think his form is poor. Maybe he went to high but as long as the back is strait and you stay on your heels i say go for it. Having a degree in exercise science and taking biomechanics classes he looks fine. Don't Hate!
It's not horrible, but he should point out that this is the crossfit variation of the two handed swing. Another important point is that people with poor shoulder flexibility (which is just about everyone) should not try to perform this overhead swing variation.

There is no need to raise the bell higher than your mid chest. Too high and you arc your back. Not good.
