They just prefer to watch comedians who curse, because they're shit loads funnier because it shows they're aggressive about some of the stuff they talk about...and aggression comes from conflict and conflict = comedy.

Name 5 GOOD comedians besides Kevin who don't curse. 5...good luck, I'll go get an eight year's supply of food and drink while you start thinking.

Clean comics are great because most of them act out the jokes more (Kevin James, Brian Regan) . They are like cartoon characters. More visual, less cerebral. The exceptions of course are Pablo Francisco, Robin Williams, and Eddie Murphy, who are both dirty and demonstrative. I enjoy both types.
