Yes we can use 100% the trick is to use it aat the same time, and in theory we could use at the same time at least 90% without damage it is 95% and up that would cause damage to your brain.

The reason (my theory at least) we get calmer when we take deep breaths is because we are taking control of our breathing and the focus of the brain moves away from the stressor. Imagine if that never happened, we would be stressed at all moments of the day.
It is just like superstrenght, we dont use most of our muscle power (and this is proven) except on certian situations, in these situations you can lift a car with 1 hand and Im not joking, if we used all the brain functions at the same time we would be for a short time super-intelligent and could control our time perception the thing is upon using 96% or higher would cause the brain to force a blackout.
Still it would be great if we could chose when to activate this.
@XehanortNobody I would have to see some proof of this but I don't think using most of the brain would make you super intelligent. It seems like meditation is the best way to think clearly and that seems to be more about using less of the brain or focusing that 10 percent.
The brain isn't all about intelligence, it's just the control center for the body. The intelligence part is more like a side effect. It's mostly for controlling bodily functions.
There are functions of our body that we cant use becuase the brain blocks it like the super muscle, 90% of our muscle is kept suppressed by the brain to prevent our body from expiring too soon.

ok, aura can be seen by humans but you have to open your third eye chakra. And its a myth that humans only use 10% percent of the brain, we use all 100%. my guess is that myth came about because we probably use 10% for conscience thinking. The other 90% is probably for our on-conscience functions.
I'm still new to chi but i cant create like a magnetic force between my palms and today after weight training my arms were really sore so I focused my chi there and right after they felt amazingly better, not completely healed but much better.

it is physically impossible today. If you learn anything about how the brain works you will come to the same conclusion. The brain is like a parallel computer processor, certain parts of it are dedicated to language, visuo-spacial awareness etc. there is no point using all at once unless you want to cycle whilst eating whilst talking to someone on the phone and listening to music and playing the guitar and meditating, and doing mathematical calculations and painting a still life picture at once.

@XehanortNobody I would have to see some proof of this but I don't think using most of the brain would make you super intelligent. It seems like meditation is the best way to think clearly and that seems to be more about using less of the brain or focusing that 10 percent.
The brain isn't all about intelligence, it's just the control center for the body. The intelligence part is more like a side effect. It's mostly for controlling bodily functions.

There are functions of our body that we cant use becuase the brain blocks it like the super muscle, 90% of our muscle is kept suppressed by the brain to prevent our body from expiring too soon.
However on certain situations the brain releases all the muschel potency and it enabled a woman to lift with 1 hand a truck (not kidding you can look for the case).
Imagine if we could tell our brain when to release our "super muscle mode" instead of it deciding automatically.

ok, aura can be seen by humans but you have to open your third eye chakra. And its a myth that humans only use 10% percent of the brain, we use all 100%. my guess is that myth came about because we probably use 10% for conscience thinking. The other 90% is probably for our on-conscience functions.

IF you don't believe in this video MOVE ON!!!!! it is real whether you like it or not. You can't expect to just learn how to use your chi the first time you use it. It takes practice and patience. I have been experimenting with energy for years, on and off, and have had countless positive experiences. We do not use all of our brain actually, this is a fact. It is impossible to use 100% of your brain at once.

Doing this actually stimulates your psychic kundalini energy - I think you should research "nadi sodhana" when you find enough information about it you should practice it around 5 times a day & this will strengthen your connection to your energy stores, enabling you to feel it more clearly & control it easier. if you used 100 % of your brain it would be like using every muscle in your body and thinking every possible thought at once it's simply not possible. The brain is also for reasoning and vision. Chi IS real but the real answer to the fireball question is that there are points where chi can be released. Chi can be released out the center of your palms but only just enough to warm your palms. Look up johnny chang and that's your proof of chi.

Just meditate for long enough and you'll find out what is real. This stuff isn't important regardless of whether it's possible. You'll stop caring about "chi fireballs" long before you ever reach that point in meditation. Eventually it becomes meaningless.

it is physically impossible today. If you learn anything about how the brain works you will come to the same conclusion. The brain is like a parallel computer processor, certain parts of it are dedicated to language, visuo-spacial awareness etc. there is no point using all at once unless you want to cycle whilst eating whilst talking to someone on the phone and listening to music and playing the guitar and meditating, and doing mathematical calculations and painting a still life picture at once.

I agree that everything in dbz does come from what we do but the 2nd last comment is not true. Even the masters can't fly or blow up objects, there are very few who can even levitate their bodies let alone fly around at 100mph+ like the z-fighters do. yeah, if you watch season 7 of dbz on the 3rd disk, gohan starts to explain energy, and how it comes from your core, he said you need to be very calm, so I tried it, and I felt this small feeling in your stomach, you concentrate yourself to bring out the energy. Dragon Ball was originally based off the Chinese Epic Story "Saiyuki: A Journey West" which tells the story of Sun Wukong (or Son Goku) the monkey child and master of the Taoist arts. Hence why Goku had a monkey tail in the original series. DBZ was just a follow up where all of the aliens and Saiyan stuff was added in.
