I know what you mean, just use mute, but I swear I had the luck for awhile of clicking on videos that people loading music at loudest volume possible. About to blow my speakers with every watch....Haha. But, yes, mute is very usefull.

And, I think he is washing out the ink for the grey-ish tones. I could be wrong, though,
