I've got one of these cases, it gets lots of dust caked in it very quickly. Also unless you have a million fans you will get good cooling, the Fan sockets that come with it for the front only accept its own type of dimension fan which sucks.

Also it says 23 degrees but that is most likely due to the air conditioning in the room as well. In summer time in your room at home this would be dramatically higher.
