What on Earth is a fast ghost or an expert staff ghost! i have to unlock baby weegee, dry bowser, bowser jr, funky kong and toadette! All these things saying how to unlock them. ):

an expert staff is pretty hard to unlock... you go to time trials on single player and you try and beat the ghosts by 7 seconds or more and you get an expert staff.... to get funky kong you need to unlock 4 expert staffs and to unlock baby luigi you need to unlock 8 expert staffs.... also toadette and birdo are really easy.... to unlock birdo just play 16 time trials at the 16 different courses and toadette you play 32 time trials on 32 different courses... hope i helped
