For those who do not understand, In the mail arrived a double CD with Concequenses on it.
Mine was stolen 20 years ago and I could not purchase a new one. Michael I am for ever in your debt.
The most wonderful was... the moment I put it on this morning (within 20 sec. after the mail arrived) I could sing along all the songs without hesitating.

The turd is Andy Fairweather-Low, leadsinger of Amen Corner and good friend of Eric Clapton, I beleave Fairweather-Low played all the unplugged or the 24 nights concerts with Clapton in the Royal Albert Hall.

I'd really love to see SOMEONE put all of Gastank on Youtube as it is one of rock's lost goldmines of many of the most talented musicians in rock playing together. I have some on video but only about an hour and a quarter's worth. As far as I know, Godley and Creme played on one more tune, Andy Fairweather Low's hit, Wide-Eyed and Legless and it's brilliant.

This is from a Rick Wakeman & Tony Ashton-hosted Channel 4 show called Gastank from c. 1980-1. The singing turd, as hoji45 so quaintly described him, is Andy Fairweather-Low. Kev & Lol rock like a Doonican chair!

When on earth was this jam session done!!! Certainly the bluesy vocals are something - but just imagine how random it would have been with either Godley or Creme on the vox!!!

REALLY cool to see Godley & Creme do ANYTHING! I don't know who this turd is singing lead. But otherwise it's very enjoyable. Thanks for posting it!
