@bongtoke420ification they're slap harmonics, you just hit the fret with your index finger (or at least that's what I use) and you get great sound, that's why it always sounds like they pop because he's hitting the fretboard to make them. The best ones come out of the 12th and 19th frets, at least for me anyway.

Wow, absolutely amazing. The only thing is tho, (sorry but I'm a audio engineer freak, so I have to point this out), I would mic your songs differently. The way you have your mic placed, I can here the other side of the string (the side next to the guitar head) play a note when you hit a hammer-on. If you put the mic on the other side of where you have it now, or mic it directly on the acoustics hole, that will fix it. Other than that, I was stunned. Keep on playing!!!!!!

@Spazoman13 As a audio engineer, you should also know that the mic does not HAVE to be positioned in a specific spot... Its where the artist is. I'm not trying to be a snob and troll you by any-means, if we all had specification there would be no new art, no new "music" this is great. i love it how it is, every string, every note speaks to you... and if im right in front of him, i want to hear this, not just what im "told" to hear. again im not trying to be mean. Just point out its his music.

The very first musician that I ever heard playing in a style like this was the new age artist-"Michael Hedges". He was on the front cover of guitar player magazine several times and busted open some doors with this kind of stuff. There's been a few more of this style since then BUT... it's still not a whole lot of people just yet so It's very entertaining to see someone here even newer pushing the open tunning and tapping styles further along in such a good way.
