Good job on the sim, I'm not sure if you have ever hovered a helicopter for real but you will find that it's alot easier to do on the simulator. The simulator isn't very realistic in the controls to real life.
Thanks, I'm quite aware of that, having tried it in a Robinson 22. I could fly it straight and level, but I "hovered" like a rocking horse--or maybe more like a bucking bronco! ;-)
Hey, good job! What do you have the wind speed and direction set at? Hovering into wind will cause you to drift backwards, try applying slight forward cyclic to compensate for the drift. As in real life, some forward movement on set downs is better than sidewards or rearwards as there is the potential for Dynamic Rollover. Keep up the good work!!
That model is horribly made! Not worth a cent. JustFlight did a way better job.

It's payware -- from Abacus "Whirlybirds" program.

Forgot to mention, if you press Shift and Z it'll bring up the info on the top left of the screen. Don't know if you knew this!
Best regards

Thanks, cptjim! I forgot about the Shift Z to show the extra information. Will try to include it in future videos!! :-)
