I use a plain version of this kettle regulary with my students. Easy to use, easy to teach to use, and relatively safe and tidy compared to open fires. Will make upto 7 cups of hot chocolate
Steel I believe, with a heat resistant powder coating. I had the Kelly Aluminium one too but it easily dents - this is much tougher, and still pretty light.
