Finally someone makes a video of real men , not baby faced pretty boys. I adore Richard Armitage, I think you could use some clips from strike back, he is shirtless in every episode :)!
Richard is my favourite by a long way (oh yeah). I have never warmed to Gerard Butler at all, Toby Stephens is OK I suppose (was quite good in Jane Eyre). Now Rufus I have liked a lot since Middlemarch, but he always seems to play baddies.
i don't think there are any contemporary american actors that will equal the beauty of real british men/actore...not even the brad pitts and george clooneys...johnny depp may come close...
Yes they are all pretty, but I reckon some of them show up as being pretty darned pretty in the brain too, when I watch their interviews. I guess that it's the combination of intelligence and beauty that gives them the get-up-and-go and luck to be successful in their careers.
I personally love Richard Armitage. He is so handsome and has these tragic blue eyes and he seems to be in his interviews, very down-to-earth and rather a quiet, soft-spoken serious sort of man.

Brilliant. 3/4 of my faves - I can't see what the fuss is with Toby Stephens, however my friend is just loving Robin Hood at the moment as her two favourite guys (pardon the pun) are in it.
I'm with you in about 3/4. Never really had a crush on Rufus Sewell, although i admit he's a fine actor...
An objection though: Take out Gerard an put Colin Firth - a fine British male sample - in his place, cause dear Gerard although typically "British" he declares himself as Scottish. Period. ;-)
Toby and Richard are both fantastic

Teehee Sexual!
And one question: Why are you people so infatuated with the english accent? I mean it's plain, I'd rather sound italian or spanish.

Watch Middlemarch from 1996 and you will adore Rufus, as well as The Honest Courtesan (also known as A Dangerous Beauty). Simply to die for.

Richard is best of course - but what about David Tennant, John Simm and Philip Gleinster?
