For me..this is an example of the magic of DMB...I have never heard any band that you could listen to easily 5 versions of the song and find something different about it to make it great...whether it be Carter going off..or an interesting solo from any member ..to simply, Dave changing a few words.."If only I was under the Rainbow" =.Nice...thunbs up from me..I love this song too..and any other by them....they all have their own little place in my head..)

I think one of the reasons it's unappreciated - and why alot of the songs on busted stuff are - is because of 1, it was 'reworked' (destroyed) to be 'happier' and more poppy. 2, lyrics were changed and are now more trite (which isn't dave's style). I think the entire busted stuff album was compromised by not getting lillywhite... those sessions are much darker, moody, and more realistic as a dmb album. listen to the originals to hear what would have been their magnum opus...

yes, actually i can play this song very well... its not that the stretch isnt difficult, its just that its not all THAT hard. there are plenty of more difficult things to play. and yes, it was killer when i first started doing it, but now all those chords are in my standard repetoir, and i dont think twice about busting one out for a neat jazz-blues sound.
